To empower and foster growth for youth with special needs
through modified and organized sports.
ASCC is a private summer sports camp that uses physical activity and sports to cultivate motor skills, social participation, and behavioral regulation.
Campers will be participating in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities including: Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Kickball, Baseball.

Our Coaches
Jae Lim, MOT OTR/L
Jae is a dedicated school-based Occupational Therapist working with Chicago Public Schools. He is passionate about the importance of inclusive sports for children, believing they are essential for fostering participation and enjoyment. With a rich background in both clinical practice and athletics, Jae brings 14 years of martial arts experience, holding a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. His athletic journey also includes high school gymnastics and track & field, as well as involvement in sports like basketball, flag football, golf, and ping pong. As an uncle to six wonderful nieces and nephews, Jae is deeply committed to creating opportunities for all children to have fun and thrive.
Jake Muñoz-Würfel, MOT OTR/L
Jake, a Chicago native, is a school-based Occupational Therapist with Chicago Public Schools. Since the start of his career, he has been dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. He believes that physical activity plays a crucial role in developing fine and visual motor skills while also improving sensory tolerance. With 13 years of soccer experience, including at the high school and collegiate levels, Jake continues to play organized soccer and has also coached youth teams. He is passionate about fostering positive, healthy, and fun social experiences for children through sports like frisbee golf and competitive running events.
